Initial format scope
Targets: interactive or scanned PDFs, JPEG, PNG and WebP images. Completed downloads are PDFs. Sources: PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, DOCX, TXT, JSON, CSV, TSV, Markdown and exported email (.eml) with supported attachments. Additional target and source formats are planned. The public test build accepts personal uploads and provides optional fictional examples. The development build reads interactive PDF controls and uses page OCR for flat/scanned PDFs. Detected regions require placement review. Local OCR targets printed English; more languages, handwriting and complex forms need evaluation.

Application API
The Form Filler API beta creates a processing job, returns proposed answers and evidence, accepts review updates, and generates output. Applications can link users to the review interface.
Review, privacy and limitations
Unsupported or conflicting answers
Unsupported answers stay blank. Conflicting information is flagged for review. Model agreement alone is not proof that an answer is correct.
Corrections and approval
Users can edit any answer. Editing clears its previous approval. Download PDF confirms the current answers together. Missing answers stay blank and do not prevent download.
Your data and deletion
Your documents and answers stay in a private server job until you delete it. Use Delete data on Finalize, or manage older jobs under Upload > Details & Advanced Settings. Jobs no longer have a 24-hour automatic expiry. Unclaimed jobs depend on this browser's cookies; sign in to recover account-owned jobs. Cloud AI providers have separate retention policies; this test build does not claim Zero Data Retention. Read the retention and deletion policy.
What works in this preview?
The public test build reads uploaded PDFs and supplied fictional examples, proposes answers with source excerpts, supports edits and approvals, and exports an actual filled PDF. Personal-document uploads are available for testing; email verification, account recovery and prepaid completions are available. Matching can use cloud assistance or basic local rules, with field-level evidence and human approval. Local page OCR and flat/scanned target placement are available for testing. You can review and edit the virtual form before signing up. Your first completion is free; enter your email to receive a verification link back to the completed form. Account creation gives you one additional free form. Later completions use prepaid balance. Cloud-assisted matching and consistency checks are available for testing, with basic and manual fallbacks. Your Aideify account uses secure email links.
